If you're reading it, it's probably because you were heedlessly casting aspersions (or reading a post somewhere where someone was doing that).

So...

1. People only get to lecture me about what is or isn't piracy when they get to the 50 year mark in programming, as I have;

2. I have strong anti-piracy creds ... I even created/taught what may have been the first ever class to teach programmers how to avoid having their code reverse engineered (circa 1984).
